My client is anot-for-profit women's health care services organisation looking for their nextMedical Receptionist to join their team.
Your new role
As the Medical Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all clients and you will provide support to the team. Your day-to-day duties include but are not limited too;
- Greet patients andvisitors with a warm and professional demeanour
- Schedule appointments and diary management of the team
- Answer phone calls,handle enquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist withadministrative tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed
Your previousexperience in a similar role will lead you to your success, as will;
- Experience with anyclient management system
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in afast-paced environment and take initiative
- Ability to showwarmth, empathy and care with clients
