Beaumaris Family Practice has seventeen doctors and five nurses. We are fully owned and operated by our doctors and our ethos is to provide the highest quality patient care.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and motivated individual to join our reception team. This position will be full-time five days a week with evenings and weekend shifts. Must be flexible to cover annual leave and sick leave.
Key Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and visitors on arrival.
- Answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages.
- Sending electronic referrals and other documents.
- Processing Medicare Billings and Payments.
- Scanning, Faxing, Filing and Mailing.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years Medical Reception Experience.
- Best Practice Software experience.
