$35 - 38 Hourly Pay Rate
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Attending to telephone and enquires
- Scheduling and following up appointments
- Maintaining a clean reception and waiting area
- Processing Medicare Billings and Payments
- Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing
- Monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies to maintain a working supply at all times
- Maintaining information confidentiality at all times
- Maintaining practice financial records and reconciling
The successful applicants will:
- Be friendly, enthusiastic and patient-focused in their approach as the face of the medical practice
- Be organised
- Be computer-literate
- Possess great attention to detail
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure the smooth running of the practice
- Possess the ability to multi-task
- Have access to their own reliable transport
- Experience in a General Practice or Specialist setting
