Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital are looking for Medical Records Administrator to join their team. The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services and a 24-hour emergency department. Our endoscopy unit is Australia’s most advanced diagnostic facility and has the capacity to see more than 5000 patients a year.

About the Role

  • The Medical Records Administrator is responsible for undertaking various functions within the Health Information Management Department, coordinate timely release of Information, and to provide advice and accurate information and assistance to internal and external clients. 
  • Ensure the efficient retrieval of scanning batches throughout the QEII Hospital campus as per the set runs and the delivery of urgent/adhoc chart requests as required.  
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of Medico Legal and request for information processes.
