About the role
- Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outlined above.
- Provide quality patient record services to customers and resolve complex internal and external specific customer problems in an effective and efficient manner.
- Maintain confidentiality whilst accessing secure storage areas of the hospital to retrieve and deliver patient Medical Records to wards, clinics and other hospital departments.
- Train and induct internal and external staff in Medical Record functions, policy and procedures.
