What's on offer?Fixed Term Temporary Full-time up to three (3) months (with the possibility of extension - not exceeding 12 months) (Two positions available).
Remuneration package of up to $7900 p.m., comprising base salary range of $2864.10 - $3185.10 p.f. (AO3), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).

About the role
Process paper clinical documents to accurately scan, quality control and validate to the correct patient medical record in ieMR, and in the correct order of filing, to ensure clinical documents are available for clinicians to provide timely clinical care.
Maintain historical paper Medical Records and systems to accurately track these records across clinical locations and storage facilities.
Support clinical business units in accurately maintaining clinical records (digital and paper) and ensuring clinical records are available to clinicians at the point of care.
Skills and experience
Maintain confidentiality whilst accessing patient records, secure storage areas of the hospital and delivering patient Medical Records to wards, clinics and other hospital departments.
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads to achieve tasks within designated time frames and perform tasks with limited supervision.
High level communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Proven ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team to achieve unit goals and support others in the overall performance of the work unit.
