Job description - Medical Recruitment Associate
In this Graduate Recruitment Consultant role, you will receive hands-on training across all recruitment areas to help you grow in your consultant role.
You will work closely with the experienced recruitment team and support psychiatrists in finding the right next step in their careers in Australia.
Key responsibilities - Medical Recruitment Associate
In this Medical Recruitment Associate role, your tasks will include:
- Nurturing existing relationships with clients and medical professionals in psychiatry
- Developing a deep understanding of the medical industry; especially in psychiatry
- Working closely with experienced 360-degree recruiters and current graduate trainee consultants
- Placing psychiatrists in locum positions across Australia
Job requirements - Medical Recruitment Associate
- Educated to degree level OR 1-3 years of sales experience
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience with people and everyday life (e.g. work, sport, travel etc.)
- Energetic and positive attitude!
- A team player
- Willingness to learn
