- Train in a major city, then you will be assigned to a regional territory, giving you the autonomy to drive sales and make a real impact
- Support surgeons during orthopaedic procedures, and be trained in cutting-edge robotic-assisted surgeries
- Manage your territory strategically, tracking your progress in coordination with your Regional Manager and other senior members of the team
- Clinical support staff provided for this particular territory
- Develop and nurture relationships with surgeons, operating theatre teams, and hospital staff
- Inventory management and coordination with support teams
- Sales, business, and territory management expertise with a demonstrated track record of success in field-based territory management across various industries or as a business owner
- Exhibit technical acumen to understand and convey complex information
- A talent for building and maintaining relationships in a sales environment
- Strong examples of converting business in competitive markets
