Our practice is seeking an experienced, reliable specialist Medical Receptionist/Admin to be part of our team, providing exceptional care to our patients and professional support to our physicians and surgeons.
The focus of this role includes:
Front of practice - reception, bookings, billings, investigations, correspondence
General administrative duties - including patient accounts, hospital communications, medical practice administration, management support
Relief medical typing hours available - experience with dictaphone typing is beneficial, though not essential
We are looking for someone who has these qualities:
Attention to detail
Proven ability to work in a very busy Medical Specialist environment, use initiative, follow procedures
Reliable, and flexible, willing to help cover leave of other team members
Warm and welcoming customer service focus
Police check and CPR certification
Car and licence as some off-site travel will be required as part of this role
