AddressSA Group of Specialists is a dynamic and progressive multi-disciplinary Specialist practice operating across five sites based at Western Hospital, Flinders Private Hospital, Tennyson Day Centre, Calvary Adelaide Hospital and 480 Specialist Centre.
We have the opportunity to offer a Full Time posistion for a Medical Receptionist to join our team at SA Group of Specialists, at the Tennyson site located at Kurralta Park.
The role will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager, providing exceptional customer service to our Specialists and all patients.
You will:
- have a strong customer service ethic
- be expected to answer phone calls promptly and efficiently
- meet and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- communicate with the Specialists, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- complete all daily tasks, including clinic and theatre bookings
- undertake billing of patients for clinic appointments and hospital admissions
- have previous experience with Medicare and Private Health Fund claims
The ideal candidate will be energetic and have a pleasant personality as well as experience in a similar Reception/Administration role, preferably in the Specialist area. You will thrive on working in a healthy team environment, supporting others and showing initiative to get the work done.
