This position requires you to work completely from home. Therefore you must have a quiet and uninterrupted desk to work from. You also must have a stable and fast internet connection.

About Dispensed
Dispensed connects eligible patients with our qualified nurses and Authorised Prescribing doctors to provide suitable cannabinoid-based therapies, allowing patients to get their treatment fast and delivered directly to their front door.
Our nursing and telehealth clinic is composed of a growing team of nurses and doctors who are dedicated to provide a holistic approach for the wellbeing of our patients.

Your skills required:
- Proficient with technology including the use of patient/clinician appointment software, Google Meet, Deputy and Slack.
- An efficient typer who can multitask whilst listening and conversing with a patient.
- A high level of attention to detail and someone who can undertake patient assessments and review patient symptoms with accuracy and thoroughness. I.e. Always cross check that patient information has been entered correctly and ensure patient notes are clear, factual and comprehensive.
- You must be able to carefully follow all procedures, processes, guidelines and protocols.
- Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills – including active listening, displaying empathy and confident verbal communication.
- Time management and organisational skills are critical to this position.
- Experience working from home is preferred.
- Telehealth experience is preferred.
Your duties would include:
- Handling telephone based patient consultations in an appointment setting for our doctor’s - including patient screening and data entry.
- Carrying out follow-up appointments where needed.
- Communicating with internal departments such as medical assistants, customer service and management.
- Please Note: This position requires you to work from home at a computer undertaking back to back appointments. We realise this may not suit all applicants. Please ensure this type of work fits in with your personality and lifestyle before applying.
To join us, you must have the following:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current professional indemnity insurance.
- Be an advocate for Medicinal Cannabis treatment & symptom management.
- Ability to start immediately on a permanent basis - Monday to Saturday (Rotating Saturday shift every month or so).
- The ability to work either our Morning / Afternoon shift which is undertaken from 9am - 5:30pm or the Afternoon / Evening shift which is undertaken from 12pm - 8:30pm.
