Hourly Rate $51.99 + 10.5% Super including option for a Novated Lease vehicle (+ RDO for full time positions)

Are you a Graduate Maternal Child Health Nurse who is excited to develop your career in a specialised environment, utilising your skills, your passion for caring? If so, we want you to join our team!

The program will support you, the next generation of nurses, in building your clinical confidence and strong leadership skills as you transition from study to professional practice.

We offer our graduates a structured program that will consolidate your clinical skills in a supportive and caring environment with:

  • Multiple opportunities to consolidate your studies through targeted professional development and group learning activities
  • A dedicated mentor who will provide resources, encouragement, support, coach, shape your professional career whilst guiding you in a dual centre
  • We know that providing support and building meaningful connections are essential to a safe and curious learning environment. You’ll be supported by our Leadership team to guide you through this program.

Our graduate Program will include:

  • Monthly meetings, debriefing, assistance with case studies and one on one sessions
  • Extensive Council Induction and comprehensive Orientation program
  • Nominated mentor for initial and ongoing support
  • Externally facilitated clinical supervision sessions
  • Structured career pathway mentorship and navigation to further professional development

About you

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (division1) and Midwife
  • Able to satisfy the requirements to work as a Maternal and Child Health Nurse in Victoria.
  • Experience with use of CDIS IT program or a willingness to learn.
  • Must have a current Victorian Driver’s licence or equivalent
  • Must have a current working with Children Check
