The program will support you, the next generation of nurses, in building your clinical confidence and strong leadership skills as you transition from study to professional practice.

Our graduate Program will include:
- Monthly meetings, debriefing, assistance with case studies and one on one sessions
- Extensive Council Induction and comprehensive Orientation program
- Nominated mentor for initial and ongoing support
- Externally facilitated clinical supervision sessions
- Structured career pathway mentorship and navigation to further professional development
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (division1) and Midwife
- Able to satisfy the requirements to work as a Maternal and Child Health Nurse in Victoria.
- Experience with use of CDIS IT program or a willingness to learn.
- Must have a current Victorian Driver’s licence or equivalent
- Must have a current working with Children Check
