The Member Education Manager will be responsible for the planning and implementation of Super SA's Member Education programs. The role will include facilitating and delivering in-person seminars, online webinars, workplace relationship management and education, and providing our members with sound knowledge and insights about the exclusive benefits of Super SA and its offerings.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to develop strong relationships, have excellent presentation skills, and can demonstrate the ability to conceptualise, create, implement, and deliver a program of work that must meet technical and legal requirements.

To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter:
- Industry experience relevant to superannuation, financial services, communication, stakeholder relationship management or Member Education is preferred.
- Excellent strategic skills and the ability to translate complex information into a tailored member experience.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and engagement skills, with the ability to identify appropriate forums of communications and engagement.
- Experience in strategy development and implementation, particularly in the areas of Member Education and associated platforms.
- Ability to work independently, under limited direction, exercise initiative and to make decisions without prompting.
- Ability to quickly acquire, retain and apply knowledge, and readily adapt to change.

Recommended applicants are subject to satisfactory criminal history check in accordance with the DTF Pre-Employment Screening Policy and Procedure and every three years thereafter.
Both roles are full time contracts for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
