The Role
Reporting through to the Member Engagement Coordinator, you will be joining the Member Engagement Team. Your day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Liaising with members and stakeholders through various communication channels, including phone, email and in-person interactions;
- Ensuring data integrity by regularly updating member information, processing membership applications and renewals and monitoring membership status;
- Assisting with the delivery of strategies to recruit new members and retain existing members; and
- Tracking member interactions, managing communication workflows and generating reports on membership metrics and engagement activities within the CRM system.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skills set:
- Proven experience in a customer service or membership engagement role, preferably within a membership-based organisation or association;
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; and
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
