At the ACT Law Society, we are on the lookout for a vibrant and dedicated Member Engagement Officer to join their dynamic team. You will play a key role in ensuring every interaction is not just efficient, but also engaging and memorable. You’ll have the opportunity to dive into a variety of tasks, from coordinating member services to lending a hand with event planning.
In this role, no two days are the same. You'll be the friendly face that greets stakeholders, handles inquiries, and ensures that the members feel valued and supported every step of the way. From assisting with technical hiccups to updating website content, you'll be the go-to problem solver, ensuring that the members have a seamless experience.
