The opportunity
 
Working within a strong, supportive and highly effective HR team, you will be providing accurate advice, support and services to both Line Managers and employees within the organization. Taking on this generalist HR role will see you have input and accountability for HR operations, performance management, ER, workforce planning, policy & procedure development, rem & ben as well as taking on vital projects.
 
Selection criteria
 

• Tertiary HR qualification coupled with proven experience in a generalist role
• Sold understanding and application of IR/ER frameworks
• Proven stakeholder engagement and liaison skills
• Computer literacy – MS Office coupled with experience in HRIS, payroll & recruitment software
• Team player who can work autonomously and deliver results.
• Previous experience in the NFP advantageous but not essential
