If you have a strong skillset in administration, client services or similar, this is a great next step for you. This is a Fixed Term Contract until September 2024 with the possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering an excellent experience to executive members through strong customer service and efficiency
Reporting to the state manager, this role coordinates a portfolio including planning, scheduling and reporting on member experience
You will one of the primary points of contact via phone, email and walk ins
Assisting with the organisation of corporate events such as networking gatherings, workshops, conferences and more
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in a corporate administration position or similar
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Some exposure to event planning and coordinating
High attention to detail and organisation
