About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Member Sales Consultant to join our team in Samford Village. This role is perfect for someone who loves providing excellent customer service, has great phone etiquette and computer skills, and enjoys engaging with people. You need to be able to identify sales opportunities and implement them.
Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Increasing member spend within our supplier network
- Strengthening relationships between members and suppliers
- Contacting members to identify opportunities and gather important information
- Following up on overdue quote requests and their outcomes
- Managing and updating information in our CRM systems
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives
