We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Membership Consultant to join our team and help us grow our network and enhance our services.
Position Overview:
The Membership Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and retention by effectively engaging with potential and existing members. This position involves regular communication with painting business owners, suppliers, advertisers, paint stores, paint manufacturers, and paint representatives.
You will also be responsible for developing marketing materials, finding cross-promotional opportunities, and liaising with painters to understand and meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new businesses or employers to expand the Aussie Painters Network.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new members, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all membership programs and offerings, addressing inquiries and providing information to potential and existing members.
- Act as the primary contact for all members, handling membership-related inquiries, and providing industry-related information.
- Coordinate with employers regarding job vacancies and liaise with the recruitment team to ensure members' needs are met.
- Manage employer data in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Maintain regular communication with current members through calls and emails to foster strong relationships and address any concerns.
- Maintain communication and gather feedback from industry members.
- Develop and create marketing materials to support membership sales and promotional activities.
- Achieve and maintain quality scores, including obtaining Google reviews.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with supervisors.
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or membership management, preferably within the construction or painting and decorating industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
