We are currently seeking for Membership Consultant to join our Sales team in Sydney.
Reporting to the National Sales Director, this role is perfect for a passionate and motivated individuals who will be responsible for securing new business and retaining existing members across the the Work Clubs portfolio. You’re fantastic at building relationship whilst achieving set sales goals and objectives
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Finding and qualifying new business
- Respond to inbound enquiries
- Ensure CRM is always up to date regarding new leads and members
- Nurturing relationships with key contacts, primary brokers and agents
- Creating and sending accurate proposals to prospective new members
- Confidently taking prospects on tour of the space and to be able to concisely highlight the many benefits Work Club offers its members
- Using ‘Curator of Conversation’s as part of the sales process to explain how we work on creating encounters & conversations
- Having a thorough understanding of Work Clubs offering, spaces, inclusions to be able to share with current and future members
- Engaging with members to understand the basics of their business
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Similar experience in sales, business development preferred
- Overseas training/experience highly regarded
- A result driven mindset, with the ability to take on the personal challenge of driving and delivering business results and outcome
- Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment to achieve goals
- Superior planning, prioritisation and organisation skills
- You will have a strong work ethic and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Time management skills are also key to your success
