Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and achieve every step of the sales process to grow the club member base.
- Front Desk Operations: Meet and Greet potential and existing clients.
Manage the front desk area efficiently, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in inquiries. Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Membership Sales and Lead Generation: Sell/upsell, memberships to current and potential clients.
- Run group classes at the discretion of club manager.
- Create Brand awareness in the local community.
- Work closely with the Club Manager to achieve the clubs goals
- Engage/Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions to drive memberships.
- Provide Group Functional Training classes to our members.
- Help Manage everyday club operations and conduct admin tasks.
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Maintain and contribute to a great club culture within the club and assist with Club fitness competitions.
- Manage and maintain the club with high standards of quality.

Skills and Experience
Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness
Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
Previous experience at a 24-hour gym would be useful but not essential.
