About your role

In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to new and existing members. Working in a small team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to assisting members with the signup process, providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members, and generating leads to assist in the growth and retention of the membership base at the centre.

If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy a challenge, and can think on your feet to solve problems, this could be the role for you.

What do you need?

• Customer service or retail sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal, organisation and time management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employee's 2022 Enterprise Agreement with a level 3 $36.62 per hour.

The successful candidate will have flexibility for morning and afternoon shifts with rostering to be discussed at interview stage. Weekend work may be required.
