Mens’ Hairdresser/Barber

We are seeking a fully qualified barber at our busy walk-in-only mens’ hairdresser in the Mornington Peninsula. Casual position available.

The Role

Must be confident in their skills (scissors, clippers, fades, beards etc), able to work at salon-speed & ready to join a great team. Days/hours negotiable but must be available on Mondays, Fridays & Saturday mornings. Above award pay rates commensurate with experience. Penalty rates apply for Saturdays. Superannuation paid on normal rates.

Shop hours: Mon to Fri 0900 - 1700; Sat 0800 - 1300 (can offer some flexibility on start/finish times if necessary).

Key skills and Requirements

• Must be qualified
• Must be living in Australia (Mornington Vic)
• Minimum of 5 years experience is preferable
• Team player
• Proficiency in a variety of haircutting and grooming techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
