This major business with a strong and engaging culture is seeking a practitioner with strategic capability and TNA, design & delivery wherewithal, who can work with employees and stakeholders in the business on talent and leadership development programs and broader L&D interventions.

The role requires strong capability as an L&D practitioner and one who understands how to manage and build upon programs. Key focus of the role is to drive the development and execution of core programs including in induction and on-boarding processes; sales leadership; fundamentals for managers; product, sales, service & systems and other areas.
