The role
Reporting to the Senior Mental Health Act Administrator, you will pay a vitalrole in ensuring compliance with the Mental Health Act 2016 and related regulations. You will process, store and distribute all correspondence relating to the operations of the Mental Health Court received. Your responsibility involves:
- Distribute evidence for review by witnesses to the Mental Health Court.
- Assist with the management of the MHA2016 email account as required.
- Create and maintain accurate files for the Mental Health Court referrals.
- Manage the associated processes for the MHA2016 meetings.
You will have demonstrated:
- Knowledge of or ability to understand the Mental Health Act 2016 and administrative processes.
- Knowledge of office procedures and high level administrative skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workloads effectively
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
