- Permanent full time position, Mobile Support Team, Clarendon
- Community Mental Health Service, East Melbourne
- Works rotating roster including some evening and weekend shifts
- Work within the recovery orientated practice using Strengths Model of Care
- Actively engage consumers in the planning, delivery and evaluation of STV services
- Provide high quality clinical services to consumers and carers
- Display active participation in professional development and ongoing learning opportunities
- Display a high standard of clinical practice and professional conduct at all times, providing clinical support to other members of the treating team and within the broader Mental Health service
- Working a seven day rotating roster
- OT/SW Grade 2 YB20 - YB23 or YC42 - YC45 ($86,304 - $99,210 per annum)
- RPN Grade 3 NP81 - NP74 ($99,439 - $110,432 per annum)
- Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (all disciplines except Social Work).
- Social Work Membership or eligibility for membership of the AASW.
- A minimum of at least 2 years post qualification clinical experience within Mental Health Services
- Experience in the provision of assessment, discipline specific intervention and case management services to
- Post-graduate qualifications in relevant area of specialty
- A comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
- Current Victorian driver’s license
- Current National Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
