The Role:
Northern Health continues to invest in growing and developing our Mental Health Enrolled Nursing (EN) workforce. We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) Mental HealthNurse Educator to lead our professional development program for EN's.
With the support of the Northern Health's Division of Mental Health senior nursing leadership team, the role will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating professional development activities for EN's working across the Mental Health Division.
The Northern suburbs is recognised as one of the major growth corridors in Melbourne and as such is attracting new services and creating new opportunities for Mental Health nurses. To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum of 5 years as an Enrolled Nurse in a in a public Mental Health setting
- An active interest in Mental Health nursing education
- Experience in supporting and mentoring novice nurses
