Where you'll be working
Brookvale Community Health Centre, the NBCMHS comprises of different Community services, working in multidisciplinary teams comprised of Nurse, psychologists, Occupational therapists, Social workers, and Psychiatrists. This ensures consumers and carers are offered a broad range of knowledge ad experience in all aspects of Mental Health.
What you'll be doing
Working in the Outreach team, the aim is to install hope, promote wellbeing and support recovery in the lives of adults living in the Northern Beaches area who are living with Mental Health challenges. The outreach team care coordinates consumers ensuring they can develop their recovery and personal goals collaboratively.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A commitment to excellence in Mental Health nursing practice and continuing professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
