- You have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- You possess high-level skills and experience in Mental Health leadership and management in acute settings, including quality improvement and human resource management.
- You have demonstrated experience in managing multiple teams with acute Mental Health services and optimising their performance.
This role focuses on service improvement and cultural change to achieve better patient outcomes, sustainable access, and enhanced collaboration in healthcare provision.
