Core Clarity is a home visit and online Mental Health clinic, providing high-quality occupational therapy, dietitian and counselling services Australia wide.

About the role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy assessment and intervention to clients via home-visit outreach support and occasional telehealth services.
This is a work-from-home role as an independent contractor.
You will be working with:
Individuals with a range of diagnosed neurodevelopmental or Mental Health conditions, or chronic diseases. They may be accessing our services privately or with Medicare/ Private Health rebates or NDIS funding.

Selection criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (or higher)
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within an NDIS role and/or the Mental Health field.
- Strong experience in conducting and documenting occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills focused on providing an excellent customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to and ability to utilise trauma-informed, strengths-based neurodiverse affirming and recovery-focused approaches.
- Excellent time management, self-management and prioritisation skills.
- Able to work remotely (work from home) with proficient use of technology systems (Google Drive, Google Docs, etc) for service delivery and team communication.
- A phone, laptop, a quiet and private space to hold online sessions, and a strong wifi/phone connection (applicable for Telehealth services)
- A current driver’s licence and a reliable car (for home visit outreach services)
- Eligible for Medicare registration
- Your own ABN, or must be willing to get your own ABN.
