What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated students of SW, OT and medicine to join Peninsula Healths Mental Health and Wellbeing Team.
As a Mental Health Officer you will gain invaluable experience in the public health system, whilst contributing to the Heathcare team. You will work under the delegation and direct supervision of experienced multidisciplinary team members to deliver high quality patient cantered care, intervention and activities.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Are currently enrolled in a university course that leads to Occupational Therapy, Social Work or Medical degree?
• Are you in your 3rd or 4th year of your studies?
• Are able to commit to a minimum of one shift per week
This role is for two shifts a fortnight, for 6 months.
You will be given leave from work whilst on clinical placements.

*Please refer to salary circular for VICTORIAN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 – 2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
