- Tertiary qualifications and, where applicable, membership of the relevant association or registration with the relevant board, in one of the following disciplines: Social Work, Occupational Therapist, Psychology, Nursing. To be appointed to a specific discipline and grade/level, please refer to the Essential Requirements section for registration and qualification requirements
- Experience in coordination of human services/programs and ability to work with complex clinical and organisational systems, including the recognition of clinical and corporate risks
- Ability to foster and lead interagency collaboration to support coordinated and integrated Mental Health rehabilitation and psychosocial support services
- Understanding of the principles of trauma informed care and its application to therapeutic interventions with families and individuals
