Qualifications & experience
- 24 months minimum experience working within a Supported Independent Living or similar program
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NSW Working with Children's Check
- Covid-19 vaccination (mandatory)
- Current First Aid or willing to refresh
- Medication Competency
- Behaviour Management
- Australian Drivers Licence
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop professional relationships with individuals, their families, and others in the community
- Manage challenging behaviours should this arise
- Provide support to work towards individual goals
- Assist and monitor medications
- Support the development of daily living skills and capacity for self-care
- Work part of a dynamic team
- Providing timely and accurate case notes
