We are looking for a Part Time Support Workers to join the team based out of Hervey Bay and Maryborough. We are looking for people who are committed to making a difference in their clients lives and help them achieve their personal and NDIS Goals.
Our philosophy is simple - help our Bolters have fun and hit some goals while doing it.
We are offering permanent part time with the option to increase to full-time.
We will provide you with clients, training and systems and processes to excel in your new role. You just need to bring your passion for helping people!
Our Mentors are more than just support workers, they are actively interested and committed to ensuring our young people develop the skills they need to meet their goals and become as independent as possible. We look to hire people that have energy, passion and are committed to making a difference. Our team work across a variety of modalities, 1:1, Small Group and Larger Groups. This is a unique and diverse role, which we can guarantee will open you up to new experiences!
