ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our strategic plans for growth and expansion mean we are looking for a Merger & Acquisition Integration Lead to play a pivotal role in helping Ampcontrol lead the global energy revolution.
As the M&A Integration Lead you will act as a consultant, facilitator, project manager and mentor to ensure that change, risks, and performance is managed effectively.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop group-wide M&A integration strategy and framework
- Develop and maintain integration procedures, tools and templates in alignment with the strategy and framework
- Develop detailed tactical integration plans and budgets in close cooperation with key internal stakeholders
- Identify, capture and analyse synergies as part of M&A process
- Assist in market analysis and identification M&A opportunities
- You’ll be part of an outcomes focused team and you’ll need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously, display drive and initiative and creative thinking on a day-to-day basis.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have proven experience within a project team with a focus around change management and integration planning and execution.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Law, Finance, Engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in managing change projects and M&A activities
- Experience in post M&A integration processes
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience within a capital intensive, infrastructure, energy or resources sector would be highly regarded
