ABOUT THE ROLE:

Ampcontrol has been named one of Australia’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 by the Australian Financial Review (AFR) for its advanced Australian manufacturing of energy solutions. Our strategic plans for growth and expansion mean we are looking for a Merger & Acquisition Integration Lead to play a pivotal role in helping Ampcontrol lead the global energy revolution.

As the M&A Integration Lead you will act as a consultant, facilitator, project manager and mentor to ensure that change, risks, and performance is managed effectively.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Develop group-wide M&A integration strategy and framework
  • Develop and maintain integration procedures, tools and templates in alignment with the strategy and framework
  • Develop detailed tactical integration plans and budgets in close cooperation with key internal stakeholders
  • Identify, capture and analyse synergies as part of M&A process
  • Assist in market analysis and identification M&A opportunities
  • You’ll be part of an outcomes focused team and you’ll need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously, display drive and initiative and creative thinking on a day-to-day basis. 

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have proven experience within a project team with a focus around change management and integration planning and execution.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Law, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • Extensive experience in managing change projects and M&A activities
  • Experience in post M&A integration processes
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous experience within a capital intensive, infrastructure, energy or resources sector would be highly regarded
