Selection Crtieria * Relevant tertiary qualifications and registrations as required in Health, Social, or Behavioural Sciences or other relevant discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in Drug and Alcohol casework and well developed care management skills
- Knowledge of key issues, concepts and approaches used in the Drug and Alcohol field, including harm minimisation and relapse prevention
- Understanding of key issues and interventions for clients with co-existing mental health and substance issues
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, oral, written and computer communication skills including the ability to compile reports and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates understanding of the drug and alcohol issues and needs of Aboriginal and CALD individuals, families and communities
- Proven ability to work effectively unsupervised and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Current Driver’s Licence
