AddressWe require an experienced and reliable Trade/1st Class Sheet Metal Worker with experience for fabrication work, specifically general fabrication but also including all aspects of mild steel, stainless and aluminium light to medium fabrication. We are looking for a candidate to join our small dynamic team in a key tradesperson's role, must be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment. On-site installation experience is also desirable. We offer above award wages 38hour week plus overtime available.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualifications - e.g. Certificate III in Fabrication Engineering Trade / sheet metal.
- Must have post trade stainless steel and aluminium experience.
- High level of competency in TIG welding & polishing – “stainless steel”.
- Able to competently read and understand working plans & detailed workshop drawings on occasions.
- Must have drivers’ licence and reliable transport.
- High degree of accuracy & excellent understanding of safe work and quality practices.
- Able to work alone or within a team.
- Supervision and training of apprentices
Highly Regarded:
- Forklift licence.
- LR Licence
