Salary- Operate the 'Metal Prep Shop, being responsible for processing steel material according to technical engineering drawings, collating parts, and components to create fabrication production kits.
- Equipment used in role includes cnc press, guillotine, lathe, ban and cold saw machines, forklift and other.
- Have experience operating in the metal trades and within a role consistent with job tasks and responsibilities.
- Possess experience and the ability to operate metal processing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Good comprehension of technical engineering drawings.
- At a minimum, intermediate level of knowledge and experience working with cnc press, guillotine, lathe, ban and cold saw machines, forklift and other.
- Lathe operation and machining experience an advantage though not essential.
- Understanding of basic plant maintenance and housekeeping requirements.
- Excellent eye for detail and safe work methods.
- Current forklift license or experience.
- Safe, productive and positive "Can do" Attitude.
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment.
