Methods Officer

The Role

Reporting to the Methods Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with, and optimisation of processes and procedures, development of standardised production support documents for critical quality and safety tasks and assist in establishing document control and review procedures.

About You

• Relevant experience in Methods or Production Planning role in a manufacturing environment
• Electrical and / or Mechanical Trade qualifications necessary with tertiary level highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relay technical information in a way that is easy to understand
• Strong people skills and collaborative approach to work
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Highly proficient utilising Excel
• Strong knowledge of resistance and MIG/MAG welding; or vehicle pneumatics, mechanical fitout; or vehicle power and electrical wiring systems
