Address- Mental Health Drug and Alcohol Registered Nurse Recovery performs specialist mental health and drug and alcohol assessment, care planning, case management services for people experiencing mental health and drug and alcohol problems, who are current participants of the Far West Recovery Centre.
- The Far West Mental Health Recovery Centre is a 10 bed step up/step down inpatient facility that provides care for people with subacute mental illness. It involves a strong collaboration between the Far West Local Health District (FWLHD) and a Non-Government (NGO) that is contracted to operate the service.
