Address- Provide specialist assessment, care planning, treatment, withdrawal management, case management and referral services to people experiencing Drug and Alcohol problems and collaborate in the further development and delivery of a comprehensive multidisciplinary Drug and Alcohol service.
- Ensure that families and carers have input in assessments, care plans and reviews where appropriate.
- Provide education and training, promotion and prevention activities for communities, key services and carers.
