About the role:
As the Microsoft 365 Specialist at the Centre, you will be accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 project activities. You will be required to design and implement solutions using the full stack of Microsoft services to satisfy our client’s contracted needs, become a trusted advisor to our clients and work closely with the team to achieve success together.
You will need to be highly organised with outstanding attention to detail. You will have the ability to engage with stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-Suite executives, and the ability to understand and apply the appropriate tools and practices to the engagement based on scale, complexity, and risk to protect the commercial interests of Infront while achieving a high degree of client satisfaction.
Duties
- Design, configure and implement M365 solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs, including helping to migrate content from network drives, OneDrive, and other systems to SharePoint Online
- Build relationships and collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and business objectives while optimizing usage and adoption of M365 solutions
- Ensure data security and compliance including introducing information security and records management policies and labels
- Promote user adoption through application support and by providing training and support to end-users, technical demonstrations, consultation, and support for existing O365 applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 updates and features
Required experience/skills
- As a constant problem-solver you can tackle abstract problems through a methodical deconstruction and resolution to pursue the outcomes of your projects
- You are positive and a source of can-do optimism for the entire undertaking with the ability to explain how to reach goals efficiently
- You can rapidly acquire an understanding of the technical elements of your projects to appropriately inform your planning, risk management and issue resolution activities
Desirable experience skills
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels including senior executives
- Stable temperament with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities while delivering outstanding quality to clients
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying technology, scale, team size, risk profile and duration characteristics
- Thorough working knowledge of M365 and willingness to keep abreast of advancements
- Strong understanding and appreciation for modern working practices – including ITIL v3/v4, Agile delivery methods, policy-based management, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering
