What You'll Do:
- Lead the configuration and implementation of MS D365 solutions (Marketing & Customer Service Modules)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and design optimal workflows
- Champion Agile Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery
- Foster innovation and drive positive outcomes for government clients
- Work effectively with technical teams and end-users to achieve desired results

- 3+ years of experience with MS D365 implementations (medium to large scale)
- Solid understanding of MS D365 capabilities and limitations
- Working knowledge of Marketing & Customer Service Modules
- 2+ years working in Agile Scrum environments (planning, backlog grooming, estimation)
- Expertise in documenting business requirements and functional design
- Proven ability to drive innovative solutions and process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps (a plus)
- Experience with large-scale IT organizations, preferably government
