Deep Platform Knowledge:
- Your expertise extends across the CRM, Power Platform, and Dataverse ecosystem.
- You’re well-versed in customising and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
Design and Customization Skills:
- You have hands-on experience designing and customising CRM processes.
- Crafting efficient workflows and automating processes using Power Platform and Azure is your forte.
Integration Wizardry:
- You’ve successfully integrated third-party systems with CRM, ensuring seamless data flow.
Independent and Proactive:
- You thrive in an environment where you can work autonomously.
- Managing deliverables, solving problems, and escalating issues when necessary come naturally to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customisation and Configuration: Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party data sources seamlessly.
- Power Platform and Azure: Leverage your skills in Power Platform and Azure to create efficient workflows and automate processes.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Marketplace Listing: Prepare solutions for listing in Microsoft marketplaces.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
- Technical Skills:
- Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Azure services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
- Integration with third-party APIs.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform (preferred).
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a knack for troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions.
