Microsoft Identity Manager - Sme

Essential Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) in a complex enterprise environment.
In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, or VBScript.
Experience with identity management integration, including Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Familiarity with identity governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar.
