Work hrs 7.hrs per day, current admin works 0730 - 1600
Hybrid As required - Office based preferred
Hourly rate $44 per hour + Super
Location Fremantle
Parking Free on site parking

Accountabilities
- Working with vendors to claim invoices on ARIBA
- Create purchase orders in ARIBA and send to vendors
- Assist Ops Manager with time sheets
- Support with work orders
- Database management
- Compliance and Training registers
- Meeting minutes
- General reception
- Managing travel requirements
- Administer road safety applications and compliance
Essential Criteria
- Full working rights in Australia
- National Police clearance valid within 3 months
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP / ARIBA and Power BI
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Project Management (Desirable)
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook
