Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
- Team Leadership: Provide clear direction and guidance to project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives, translating them into actionable project plans.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure cloud-based ERP solutions that meet client needs and industry best practices.
- Implementation Oversight: Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact timelines or deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing, validation, and adherence to quality standards.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new ERP systems.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and budget updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, driving efficiency and effectiveness across project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing ERP implementation projects, preferably in mid-sized enterprises.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP systems, such as SAP Business ByDesign, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, with a focus on Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to resolving issues.
- Experience in change management and business process reengineering is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
