The business has raised $30m since it was founded in 2016. They employ around 150 people globally. They practice what they preach, offering great perks for staff, including 25 days of leave a year (an extra week!). And their Sydney office is expanding.
Alright sounds good, what is the job?
- You’ll be identifying, researching and approaching (through calls and emails) people with the title CPO, Head of HR, HR Business Partner, HR Director, General Manager, or Senior Operation staff
- These people will be employed in businesses that employ 250-2500 people (Mid Market) and in some in cases more than this
- Each month you will personally book and sit around 20 discovery meetings, which will likely turn into:
- 10 meetings set for an Account Executive, which will likely turn into:
- 6 Sales Qualified Opportunities monthly
- This is a new business role with an outbound focus! You will need to be comfortable approaching people in a professional manner
