ABOUT YOU:
A brand's visual language and identity are the beating heart of its marketing campaign, and it takes exceptional talent to design, roll out and protect all assets across static, digital and motion graphic assets. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working in the Design team, you will work alongside and maintain relationships with the Client Services team, take on projects from brief to final output and be responsible for creating exciting and engaging artwork.
- Work across branding projects, campaign rollout (print & digital), understand, and adhere to develop brand guidelines, social content, photo editing, and bespoke projects across different industries as required.
- Assist with ideation, pitch documents, concept work, presentations and brainstorming as required when required by the Head of Creative.
- Ensure best practices when outputting finished art for digital publishers and printed pre-press production assets.
- Continue to upskill and expand your knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (including but not limited to Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign).
- Work as part of our fast-based studio team both collaboratively and independently.
- Managing your own workload and time management on Monday.com.
THE IDEAL PERSON HAS:
- Core skills in graphic design across the entire spectrum from digital to print, including output and pre-press production.
- 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced agency studio environment is preferred.
- Highly proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. After Effects and Animate are preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office apps including Teams, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge and experience working across a wide range of design mediums and clients, including branding, campaign rollout (print & digital), social content, photo editing, and bespoke projects across different industries.
- Passion for branding and creative conceptual design.
- Ability to manage time, multi-task and work to tight deadlines under high pressure.
- Understanding of industry best practices.
- Understanding of creative agency best practices.
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to see the 'big-picture' for a brand.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Creativity and enthusiasm with an interest or experience working within the arts, theatre, exhibitions or events.
- A folio that displays a variety of branding, brand rollouts with digital, social, large format, print and anything extra you want to wow us with.

This position reports to the Head of Creative and Studio Manager and is based in Melbourne. Anthem does have a flexible working policy however to be totally transparent for the first 6 months you will be required to work in the office in the city to ensure full grasp and understanding of the multitude of brands.
