About the Middle School Teacher Position
The Middle School Teacher position available immediately, or as late as Term 2, offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic and versatile educator. This permanent, full-time role requires the ability to teach across various subjects, including Science, Health and Physical Education, and Maths for Year 7 to 9 students. Additionally, there's a possibility of teaching Year 11 HPE to a small group. The role is also adaptable for those with strengths in other areas, such as Food Technology, The Arts, or STEM, for Year 9 and 10 students. Ideal for candidates who thrive in a varied teaching environment, the position also welcomes upper primary teachers proficient in Maths, Science, and Physical Education. With small class sizes, typically ranging from 4 to 16 students and averaging 8-9, the role promises a close-knit and impactful teaching experience.

- Maximum of 16 students per class across the school
- Although desirable, it isn’t essential for the successful teacher to be Christian. They simply ask their beliefs and ethos are respected while in school.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven ability to teach a diverse range of subjects / year groups.
- Flexibility in adapting teaching methods and content to suit varying educational needs and subjects, including the potential to teach Food Technology, The Arts, or STEM.
- Strong classroom management skills, with the capacity to engage and inspire small class sizes ranging from 4 to 16 students.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with students and contributing to their holistic development.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, particularly in multi-disciplinary teaching and innovative educational practices.
- QCT registration or eligibility to obtain
